We're going to get right to business because this is going to be a long night.
Blue, and some former members of the competition each sent me questions that pertain to each of you.
You have until 8:25 to post your response to all of these questions.
THE CONDITION
Jrox- If this was I want to work for BLue or Classic or something else. Do you think you would make it to the finale?
Kronoz - If you won mod, and everyone completely disagrees with you as a mod, would you step out of your position for the sake of keeping the community happy
CLAY
Jrox, You have been in the bottom for more than half of the season, and completely not showed your true potential, and it's obvious Connor has outshined you. Do you think you have accomplished enough to make up for how behind you are, and explain.
Connor, you have had to deal with the hardships of the "too new" "noobie" comments the entire season. People question if you're here to stay, or just here to play this fun game. My question for you is, even if Reality Skanks starts to go slow, and be in a funk in a way, will you stay true or move on to the next site, and how can we know your loyal OTHER than the fact than you posted for the 2 days you were eliminated.
GHOSTIE
Jrox, if you win, will you continue to clash with davie on things that he has the final say on?
Kronoz, do you feel you can back up your campaign speech and actually do all of these things that you say you're going to do?
RAHEEM
Jrox, if you were in the middle of doing something that you really found that would help the community, and the moderators told you to completely stop the project and try something else, how would you respond?
Kronoz, You have a lot of great ideas that seem to be pushing the community in the right way. Would you be willing to still do these things even if you don't make it as a moderator? And would you try again if you lost?
BLUE
Joey: Have you learned anything from this competition and has it made you better? If so Give me 4 things that you think you learned from this competition.
Connor: Do you feel like you reached out to the community enough, and do you feel like you are no longer new, and apart of the Reality Skanks family?, explain why yes or no. You have until 8:25 to post your responses.

THE CONDITION
Kronoz - If you won mod, and everyone completely disagrees with you as a mod, would you step out of your position for the sake of keeping the community happy?
If this were to happen, I would hope it would be based on the community disagreeing my actions as a moderator, and not because they do not like me. If it was because I performed poorly, and the staff agreed with the community, I would step down. However, if it was because they simply did not like me, I would tell them to respect the decisions the staff made in hiring me, and to judge me on my work as a moderator first.
CLAYConnor, you have had to deal with the hardships of the "too new" "noobie" comments the entire season. I don't even consider this a game, or fun for that matter. This competition is work, as you should know. These challenges are grueling and staying out of eliminations is just as difficult. If Reality Skanks were to ever slow down (which I doubt it would ever), I would not leave. I would do everything in my power to get things moving again, starting up new events, games, and promoting more. I am loyal to this site because I never gave up on it, even after being eliminated, or the constant being told I am not good enough, fake, robotic, or too new. I continued to persist and prove everyone wrong by showing my devout loyalty to this site. GHOSTIEKronoz, do you feel you can back up your campaign speech and actually do all of these things that you say you're going to do? Without a doubt, granted I am no professional at managing twitters or facebook fan pages. But I will learn what I have to for the sake of the site.
RAHEEMKronoz, You have a lot of great ideas that seem to be pushing the community in the right way. Would you be willing to still do these things even if you don't make it as a moderator? And would you try again if you lost? Absolutely I would still be pushing for all of the ideas I have for this site. The admins can not be bombarded with work which is why I would take on the role of managing the social sites, if they'll have me do it. Would I try to become a moderator again if I lost? No.BLUEConnor: Do you feel like you reached out to the community enough, and do you feel like you are no longer new, and apart of the Reality Skanks family?, explain why yes or no
Yes. I do not feel as though I am someone new, or someone who doesn't matter anymore. I feel on the family tree, I am a cousin haha. Though I'm not part of the immediate family, I am still there and trying to reach out to as many people as possible.

Jrox- If this was I want to work for BLue or Classic or something else. Do you think you would make it to the finale?
Yes. I feel like i would have done everything the same. And i feel davie judged me with an unbiased perception.
Jrox, You have been in the bottom for more than half of the season, and completely not showed your true potential, and it's obvious Connor has outshined you. Do you think you have accomplished enough to make up for how behind you are, and explain.
I think me being in the bottom the past 5 times really has done me good. Every time I was down there I came back with a little piece of my competitor, learned a lesson, and grew strong enough to take out the next person that i had to, and so on. So yes, I think now i AM ready to face and beat Connor.
Jrox, if you win, will you continue to clash with davie on things that he has the final say on?
No. I may ask him a question but that doesn't mean i dont respect his decision. I don't really feel like we've clashed that much on certain things anyway, but if I win i'll have another side to me which is that professional side and i'll treat him like my boss and do things the way he wants.
Jrox, if you were in the middle of doing something that you really found that would help the community, and the moderators told you to completely stop the project and try something else, how would you respond?
I would be a little upset if i've been working very hard on it. But i would just save the work I have done, do the other thing and when i'm done with that, re-pitch my idea and if all is good, continue working on it.
Joey: Have you learned anything from this competition and has it made you better? If so Give me 4 things that you think you learned from this competition.
YES! Ithink i've learned alot!
1-I learned that everyone matters. Everyone deserves a certain level of respect and everyone who posts on RS is a part of this community, which is why i've not fought with either clay or dlove.
2-I've learned that there can be many sides to a person and that I'm capable of having a family/friend side and a professional side. After my idea to not be friends with davie crashed and burned i realized i'm capable of this and now he's my friend most of the day and during the time i'm a mod hopeful he's my boss and i treat him with respect.
3-I've learned how to keep my emotions in check better. Yelling, using bad language and fighting will not get a person anywhere in life. The best thing to do is calmly explain your views and I feel that since I've learned this I have not been over the top, cursed as much or anything during an argument.
4-Most importantly during this competition I think i learned that team work is a major part of success. At first i didn't really think anything of team work. Just that it was sometimes necessary to get a job done. But after working with Clay and seeing how well we've done together it really just showed me what an impact teamwork can have, and I have to thank him for that.

Connor and Joey- Wow I thought one of you would mess up and make it easier, but I feel like this will be my first critique where I feel no one has done anything wrong. Although I feel like you both need to get closer to the community ( Which you should have no problem doing, because you are both wonderful people), but your answers were all honest I believe, and well written. I feel like you both have learned a lot from this competition and are both ready to become a mod. I will not mind if either of you win to be honest! I DO NOT envy Davie's position because it is a hard position to be in! Good luck.
