I'm sympathizing with her tonight. When she opened up to Courtnee, I kinduv felt the same way, except not being able to be alone with my child.

My lil girl is 3.5 and lived with my dad and his bitchass wife and has since she was 6 months old.
It's hard to love and open up to someone, even a child when you never felt love yourself as a child, growing up in a home where I was afraid everyday being physically, emotionally, mentally abused by your older sibling and parents turning a blind eye to it.

I think she does really well when it comes to solo-exercises (the inner beauty, the homeless shelter) because it's just HER, but when it comes to group exercises she does terrible and becomes a bitch because of all the other girls bothering her.

That's powerful stuff...I think post-partum depression needs to be more openly discussed so people can understand what it's about; of course just straight up depression needs to be there too.
