Reality Skanks' Forum GuideLines
Like the Vh1 boards, Reality Skanks is a forum that is loosely moderated.
However, though it may be loosely moderated, don't allow yourself to think there are no rules.
Off topic-ness
Each and every subject, or show has it's own board, so there really is no reason to go OFF topic.
Example: Posting a thread saying "Hi Davie" in the I Love Money board, is unacceptable because we have our own social lounge board.
Example: Someone replying to a thread and going completely off. Say the thread is about "HeartBreaker's teeth, and someone says "I like milk", you're not only being annoying and looking stupid, you're not contributing to the discussion at all.
Harassment
Harassment is in no way shape or form tolerated.
This includes: posting someone's personal information on these boards (phone number, address, etc), name calling, trolling someone constantly. Depending on the sevrity of the harassment, your punishment can range from a simple defame, to a temporary ban, or even to a permanent ban.
Harassment is not to be confused with what I Like to call "Competitive - Shit - Talking"
Competitive - Shit - Talking, is something that will always happen when people are competing against each other, case in point on here: Message board games.
Being competitive and trying to just mess with your competition's head, calling them names, giving them funny nicknames, is at the end of the day ALL IN GOOD FUN, so this is actually acceptable. However, if things are beginning to get TOO crazy, and the competitive-shit-talking turns into true harassment, moderators will have to get involved.
Example of what is NOT acceptable: Classic decides to post nudes of Blue because she hates him.
Example of what IS acceptable: BeyonceGaga is competing in a message board game, and is trying to intimidate her cast mates, so she calls Clay a twinkie.
You guys are breaking forum guidelines because you are both going off topic, and + this can be considered harrasment. We do not want people to feel uncormfatable or harrassed on RS, because mini fights like these lead to things such as the "Josh Ploof" situation or even like what happened between "Ashchuchan and Bgaga"... If you really have strong distaste for each other take it to Private Messages or use the defame tool... Sorry but lets try and get along :> Just doing my job.[/b][/size]
