Cars would cease to run...anything involving computers or chip technology would be destroyed...all communications would be disrupted...... in other words.
THEIR NATION WOULD BE COMPLETELY PARALYZED. They would be thrown into chaos, not knowing how to function. Their entire nation would be SHUT DOWN, making them sitting ducks for us to swoop in, and finish them off.

LIGHTS-OUT Sattelite is GPS driven, therefore it orbits the earth to the exact point in which it is commanded to go. Then, it emits a plasma ray type beam, which is easy to control, to the designated target. From then on, the nation is immediately shut down losing all chip and computer driven things.
When you use the
Lights-Out, and completely shut down your enemies, and they are left as sitting ducks and defenseless, Victory is

HOW using it, would ensure victory : When you go against a Nation who has the same ways of attack you do, its going to be a head to head grueling battle, which could go either way. With
LIGHTS-OUT, completely taking out computer and chip technology along with most electricity, the opposing nation would have no way to fight in the war, YET ALONE defend themselves.
Major Factor? SPEED: Some wars last long periods of time. Look at us. We are STILL IN IRAQ, and there have been other wars which have gone on longer than that! With
LIGHTS-OUT, using the EMP pulse, the only time consuming part would be taking over the entire opposing nation. We wouldnt even have to sweat the problem of battle, and a nation may even Surrender, knowing they are
defenseless.
Advantages:
The other nation would be shutdown. Easy as
taking candy from a baby.With no computer tracking software, we could set up an attack, and the other nation would have no way to get ready or prepare.
We could completely take them from surprise.
Using Satelitte technology, its easier to hit your target, and is alot easier to control so you dont hit another target by accident......
And in case you
DO accident hit another target other then the designated one,
LIGHTS-OUT contains a seperate pulse beam, which sends a
electro-EMP shock, which enables that country to use Computer and Chip technology, so they will not have to go long under the effects of
Lights-outAlso, for another form of Defense. Obviously, once the
LIGHTS-OUT wins our nation wars, some opponents may find out about our device. In their ignorance, they may try to destroy it as well. When the
LIGHTS-OUT's motion sensing detector notices something spiraling towards it, if the gravitational pull has no kicked in, the
lightsout can stop anything dead in its tracks. .If however, it is too late, the
lightsout can go in defensemode, which is when it becomes like a propellor, spiraling at 260 mph, crushing
anything in its path.
