Well i'm not lane so i cant really tell his best qualities because thats for him to say. but i can say he really has meshed well with the members of this community and has become a very trusting member. We KNOW lane is real as we've talked to him on the phone, etc. He has tried very hard in all that he's done and regardless of him staying or leaving he is a well respected member and should be treated as such. He would make an excellent moderator because he is intelligent, people trust him, he is knowledgeable with websites, and he has a fierce heart and i know he would do everything in his power to protect reality skanks.

Clay your decision was bogus! The real dead last losers were Lane and Ariel, and I feel you chose Kronoz because the new issue. I can not blame you though, because Kronoz does have to gain a good reputation in order to move foward.
It is about that time for the two newbs to face elimination.

It wasnt bogus eric. Lane is already up for elimination. So therefore, it was between Ariel and Kronoz and the difference is, Ariels computer was going slow thats why she lost. She knew part of the questions asked just not fast enough. Kronoz simply didnt have the knowledge of RS.

What is one thing every true moderator needs? What is it that reality skanks requires from their moderators? Consistency. The Condition, is someone who lacks consistency to the fullest effect. Looking back on his post history, and from the information gathered by my peers. TheCondition is constantly going inactive during this competition, disappearing till the end of the night, and is unloyal. It's fair to say The Condition is someone who easily cracks under pressure from his peers. Freaking out when I won night one. If the staff tells him to do something, that the community disagrees with, who do you think he is going to follow? Not only that, but The Condition is someone who can not commit to this site like some of my peers in this competition. He has been known to break his promises and commitments. Something so simple as playing the game, he disappears every night. How can someone who just disappears at random be a moderator? Can we really have a mod who is unloyal, lacks consistency, and disappears at random?

I absolutely 100% agree with this. Lane has made such an effort in only the short time he was here to be ingrained within the community.

Where you all stand in my opinion as of now.
1.Jrocks- Good reputation,I would not mind working with him, doing very well in this competition, and takes leadership all the time.
2.Clay- Knows a lot about site history, takes leadership roles as well, maturing from this competition.
3. Raheem and Kronoz tied- You both are great great candidates and have the experience, BUT you both are not too liked, and must work on your reputation.
Last place tied with Lane and Ghostie- You both need to work on communication skills, you both need to really work on your personal issues, and step it up... PERIOD. You both also usually take the backseat.

I must say, I agree as well. For the simple fact that Lane has not been here for much longer than KronoZ, but he is loved like a veteran. Why? because he puts himself out there, he gets involved, and hes dedicated. Not only is he dedicated to the site, but he is dedicated to this game as well. Hes always posting, and he has family issues at the moment which is why he couldnt be here. He always has a valid reason for leaving, so its not just random.

Can we really have a mod who is unloyal, lacks consistency, and disappears at random? In his defence A)he had a problem with his kid, B) he is actually one of the most loyal people i know on RS, so dont call him unloyal, C) he didnt "freak out" when you won... he was a little upset, and you can basically say that about all the competitors so that card has been used one too many times, D)He will listen to the staff over the community bc he isnt dumb like ur making him seem. You cant blame him for choosing his kid over RS. And in the real life moderation him disappearing for a few hours really wont affect that, as DAViE, Blue, and Classic arent on 24 hours a day... thats why there multiple mods. He is a very loyal person and for you to call him unloyal is just rude since you do NOT know him...
