Lane, Raheem, and DestineyLove. All three of you fought alot harder then I expected. Lane, you really did step it up this challenge, you have progressed tremendously. However there are some major points against you right now. You have a very busy life, dealing with your family is a job in itself. You're also very emotional, and I think you may crack under pressure from your peers. You need a stronger head on your shoulders. Raheem, you are the most qualified to be a moderator out of these 3. But you need to really reconnect with the community as others have said. You seem to generally be absent, and I'm not sure you understand the purpose of this competition. You have it set in your mind that a moderator's job is solely to moderator posts, but there is alot more expected of you. We WANT you to be apart of the community, loyal, and someone we can work with. I just don't know with you right now.. DestineyLove, you speech was really shocking to me, I think you fought well, but you just have so much against you. You really do only come on here for the games, and something tells me you don't really want to be a mod. Especially with the way you blow up.

In the end, I have 3 very emotional people who need to take a look back at themselves.

Lane, how can you be a mod when you are so easily influenced by others?

Raheem, how can you be a mod, when you are so distant from the community, and just overall.. not here.

Destineylove, how can you be a moderator if you just only post on mb games, and likely are ONLY here to play mb games?

One of you has some potential for improvement and I feel as though, it's Lane.


DestineyLove, sorry but it's just too little, too late, and Raheem... it really sucks for me to do this, it's just absolutely no one respects you. You need to take some time to rekindle your relationships with the people on this site.

Rethinking things last night, and having some one on one time with Lane and Raheem, I feel as though everything people said about Lane is true. He really does care about the site, but just simply isn't ready to commit, or work for me. And the way things were going, he just was on the verge of failure. Lane, you're a nice guy, but you're not ready to work for me. I've decided to replace him with Raheem, and let Raheem fight it out one more day.
