ELIMINATIONS
Coming to this decision, is incredibly difficult. Reviewing your entire performance in the competition. I think Kronoz summed it up the best.
From what I gather, it seems as though Jrox and BigBlue have what each other needs. Jrox has all of the credential and meets the expectations of being a moderator on here, but isn't nearly as popular as BigBlue. BigBlue, very popular, however isn't skilled in what is required of being a moderator. If you have or haven't noticed, the competition was split into two halves. The first half to see if you can do what the job of a moderator entails on here, and the second half to see how the staff, community, and your competitors perceive you. It was clear that Joey was the front runner for the first half, doing amazing on every challenge, while Raheem did well with the community.
It really worries me keeping either of you, considering that we need the TOTAL package to be a moderator. We need someone who can perform all of the tasks asked of them, and someone who is well rounded with community. Considering each of you lack one thing over the other, I'm really conflicted on what to do.
Joey, you've been in the bottom every episode since episode 5. However you have been climbing back out of the holes you dig for yourself. My main concern is how the community perceives you. You took a break from our friendship for the sake of the competition (which wasn't helping), and then you failed to win over the community during the campaign. Your strategy was alright, but you only bothered to message the veterans from what I gathered. You should have been PMing everyone. Raheem, you have only been in the bottom twice, while being eliminated one of the times. My main concern is you think you know what being a moderator is all about, but I don't think you do. You didn't really contribute much to any of the team challenges you were on, you've been late 6/9 episodes in this game, and you seemed to not even really care for the first half of the competition.
Something that really really irked me today Raheem, is when you said this:
I was just not putting my all into it because of the challenges that I did not specialize in.
Because you didn't specialize in the challenges is no excuse for why you didn't give your absolute all. It's not fair to anyone else who competed and gave it their all 100%. After talking to you last night, and seeing you, Eric and myself completely clash and argue about this competition, is a real eye opener to how things would be if we worked together. I'm also really not convinced that you would ever make a blog talk radio, as you've said countless times that you absolutely hate it. Besides, what would you be able to do with the blog talk radio?
Joey, I think if you do want to be in the finale, you need to work on getting to know the community better, being MUCH more active, and showing people the Joey myself, Eric and Classic know. Raheem, I think you have changed slightly, but only by force. Unlike Jrox or Kronoz, they have tried to improve before I had to tell them. Raheem you may have the community on your side, but you lack what we need from a moderator. Joey, you have what we want from a moderator, but lack the community's support. However, if Kronoz can win over the community. So can you Joey. Raheem, you're not ready to work for DAViE.

Okay.
I thank you for the opportunity, but all I have to say is that I'm simply going to do what I said. I'll proive you wrong, and you'll see that I have changed.
And I don't see what one little argument does. Half of it was off of misunderstand. So, if you feel that way...okay, I guess.
Good luck JRocks and Kronoz. You two deserved it.
P.S. - What do you mean what can I do with a Blog Talk Radio show? I said what I was going to do in my campaign.

Thanks DAViE! I will try my hardest as I always doooo. (but just so you know i messaged every member i could, new and old. My strategy was to message everyone who was "Active in the past 24 hours".) Anyway thank you for believing in me, i know that decision was hard. Raheem I'm sorry. Kronoz, I'll be seeing you in the finals, good luck!

Apparently being voted runner up by the community doesn't go over very well in this game. First Ghostie and now Raheem.
Whatever. You guys all did a good job. Good luck Kronoz and Joey.
