MY Doubt about you? : You say that being in the bottom each episode has gotten you stronger, however there are LESSONS inside each episode, and being in the bottom 5 times ultimately means you failed those lessons. The past 4 times i was in the bottom were the community's decision. Its not because i failed a lesson... All the lesson episodes which were in the first half of the game, i was not in the bottom

Each one had a lesson Jrox. Restoration for example, was a lesson about restoring yourself.

ELIMNATIONS
Coming down to this final decision is going to be incredibly hard. Reviewing each of your work throughout the competition. Here is a review on everything you've done in the competition.
Night one: Connor, you obviously did the best, since you did win the challenge. Reading your answers, you completely shocked myself, Eric and Classic. From reading your answers, I knew you would be a force to be reckoned wit. Joey, your answers I thought were a little sugar coated. You could have done a little better.
Night Two: Joey, you won this challenge! You showed you were able to work well with a team of people you don't normally get along well with, and put aside your differences for the sake of the challenge. Connor, unfortunately you weren't even able to participate in the challenge. And later on it was revealed your team tried to get you eliminated.
Night three: Connor, you won this challenge along with Raheem and Bgaga. I was glad you were able to recover and pull in a win after having lost the previous night's challenge. Your event idea was also really interesting and different.. Joey, you were basically almost in last place. You could have been up for eliminations tonight, had ghostie and Clay not misunderstood the challenge.
Night four: This night, wasn't that good for either of you. Joey, you were the clear contender, holding your team together basically. And were the first out in the challenge. Connor, you tried from what I understand, but were put up for eliminations. You weren't originally going home, however the staff wanted to see how you'd react to you going home.
Night five: Joey you were the obvious MVP, but like we tested Kronoz, the staff wanted to test you and see how you'd react to being up for eliminations rather then Clay, During the episode, you didn't seem to crack, but behind the scenes.. you were a total mess, asking me why I did what I did. I have explained many times, that there is a reason to everything I do. Kronoz, I messaged you to rejoin the competition, but I warned you that you'd have to fight your way in, you did just that, and shocked the judges at how badly you wanted back in.
Night six: You both did well this night on the challenge, basically everyone agreed that both of you would be great moderators. However, Joey. You were brought down into the bottom because Eric was unsure if you really cared anymore.
Night Seven: Kronoz, you did well explaining to the community that being new doesn't mean you'd be a poor mod. And Joey.. you were late during this challenge. However you were able to survive the elimination.
Night Eight: During the restoration challenge, thought there was no official winner, it was clear that Kronoz did the best job. I felt like you have worked harder then anyone to prove that you are just as much as part of this community as the next peson.
Night Nine: Really surprised myself, and everyone else when Connor won. Joey, I was a little disappointed that you didn't win because this would have been your chance to prove that the community does like you.
After reviewing everything..

ELIMINATIONS
After reviewing everything, it's clear Kronoz has done consistently better. But Joey you've brought up some good points. I wonder how the poll would have turned out with this final 2. I wonder if you'd be the one with the most support right now. I feel as though both of you have done consistently well, and are both excellent candidates to being a moderator. It's come down to your speeches, which have both impressed me. Connor, I feel your drive and honesty is incredible. No one has ever said they wanted to be an admin. I wonder how far you're willing to really go for the sake of the website. And it's impressive how much you really care in such a short amount of time. Joey, I think your speech was good. Coming into this finale, I didn't expect much from you, and your speech really showed what you meant. I really do believe those 5 times being up for elimination have done you well.
Classic, and Eric both feel that they can work with either of you.. but now it's come down to me..

ELIMINATIONS
It's come down to me, and honestly I really can see myself with both of you. But one of you really has stood out to me a little bit more, one of you have convinced me they want this a little more then the other, one of you has proven everyone wrong....

KRONOZ
You have proven to me, Blue, Classic, your former peers, and the community. That you are NOT too new to win this competition, and that you ARE ready to lead this community.
YOU ARE READY TO WORK FOR DAViE
But just not at this given moment.
Jrox
YOU are my WINNER.
Do you wanna work for ME?
