Why does the notification bar at the top indicate that I have a message even though I've read it? Is this something with the system or is it because DAViE somehow "made it like that" so we can remember to promote?
And is there are 'Mark As Read' option?
EDIT: Never mind, I found it.

I've noticed that I have to physically delete it myself and then the notification will appear as '0Messages'. ....Thanks, though.

No the top bar just tells you how many messages are in your inbox, and how many are new. It will always tell you how many messages are there. Unless you're reading a message that was deemed as "new" and you read it and it still continues to appear as "new" then there is no glitch going on there.
