i subscribe to him so i've seen this vids and i'm glad that someone else has too. I agree with him (i usually do ) in the 2nd vid but not the 1st one cuz he makes it seem like there's no hope and we can't get along with anybody.

I think he's right in both cases. In regards to friendships, there is always one "leader" and one "follower", the leader gets a boost because the follower does what the leader says, and the follower enjoys doing so. But at one point the leader will get sick of being the one to make ALL the choices and eventually will get bored of the follower. Then if you have two leaders, it's a constant competition, and you eventually grow to hate one another. If you have two followers, you get nothing done.
It sounds like a pretty sad cycle, but in most cases... it's true.

I agree with the other part where he said that "People bring out different sides of us, and a lot of our own identity has to do with other people, and situations that we are in" I agree with that because I hear a lot of people say that they are the leaders around their friends, but when they get around certain people their leadership dies down.
Rather than opposites I think he means Passive and Agressive, because that is all he pretty much listed. He said nothing about a Party person, and a Homebody or a Sporty person, and a non active person, or a democrat and a republican. He listed more of Strong and Opinionated and Passive and emotional etc...
I think that Passive people need aggressive friends and aggresive people need passive friends, even in relationships. I think both people can be strong, but one person is always a bit more stronger... If not the people will always clash. You need that balance.
