I find it so funny that the operator never did the conversion to cents lol
$0.002 * 35893 = $71.786
¢0.002 * 35893 = ¢71.786
¢71.786 = $0.71786
you could put the units on the 35893, but that would probably just BLOW THEIR MINDS!

i tink dey just quoted it completely wrong. the actual rate must have been written to dem as:
$0.002 -- which dey automatically assumed mean point 002 cents, and after dat dere was no convincing dem lol
