I's a rainy day here in California....
I always dream about having a boyfriend to walk around in the rain with, while holding hands. We don't have to have sex, just having him with me is more than anything. I dream about things like this on rainy days. Being able to press my lips against his warm mouth whenever I pleased, not caring what everyone around thinks about us.
I want to be able to go to the carnival with him on some days and let him go out with his friends to clubs and party as he pleases and be able to trust him not to do anything stupid. And while he's in the party with everyone having a good time, he texts me, "I miss and love you." And I reply, "I do, too."
And have him leave that party, have him knock on my door and surprise me late at night, with his drunk expression. Have me hug him, bury my face into his chest; smell the sex, drugs and nightlife in his skin.
Step outside with him, under the street light, in the dangerous night. Make out and take a walk around places; we don't have to say anything, just hold hands and hear the concrete scrape up against our shoes; pebbles, gum and rocks, innocently get stuck between our shoes.
And when we finally finish our walk, he takes me to his house. We take off our shoes, lay comfortably on the couch, I lay my head on his chest or he lays his head on mine, hearing my heartbeat; the beat he does not want to hear end--death, the ending of all love.
Love....I want it.
