Ok so I just saw Saw3d(no pun intended) and I have a couple questions, I shall spoiler for those who may not have seen. Thx cause i'm lost and I didn't see Saw 6 casue 5 sucked. Ok so the last time I saw Hoffman I THOUGHT he got squished in the room w the glass coffin, or was that the other guy in 5 whose name I cannot recall cause the last 3 sucked. Was John's wife one of the originators of the game or was she merely a part in it that Hoffman killed her for? The bumm Hoffman shot kinda looked like lying d-bag author. Maybe was why he went to the bottle? He did get shot in some of the same places and didn't he go to the asylum. I'm so confused. Does make sense though that Dr. Gordon was the one in the end who did all the medical stuff. Always wonderd who had the knowhow for it. I kept waiting to see who the other two with him at the end of the movie. Must not have been too important. I am glad it's over though!!!  |

That was Strahm who got crushed in that room... Hoffman was in a coffin going downward so he escaped getting crushed....
Jill was ordered by her husband Jigsaw to kill Hoffman and she put a trap on him (same one he killed her with) and he escaped so that's why he wanted to kill her.

Ahh, did I miss anything in 6?
I kinda wished I hadn't seen it in 3d...
I don't think it was the same one he used on her because I could swear she put him in smaller one. It was next to the larger one in the evidence room. Was Hoffman an accomplice to John too? He worked with Amanda, a former gamer, Hoffman, and Gordon.
If Hoffman was working with John, and Jill giving him the information on the gamers why did she try to kill him?
Ugh, omg so confusing.
I saw 5, and it sucked. I may have seen 6 idk, I cannot remmember but I don't think I did. IMO they sucked after 3.

A lot of people agree with you that 3 was the last good one, but 6 was my fave!
John told Jill to kill Hoffman because Hoffman was doing Jigsaw's games WRONG... He was making traps winnable and killing people for no reason... He was an accomplice but he got too out of hand. He also was the reason Amanda was killed.
