Wow she looks like a completely different person. But I think the only thing she did was probably get lip injections and some botox. It also might be the way she's posing in the pic.  |

I didn't recognize her either. But I'm thinking it could just be the make-up. It's really dramatic in the brunette pics. Plus her lip liner is drawn on the outside of her lips which could make them look plumper. Her nose looks the same to me, though.
