I finally just watched this week's episode. Honestly, I'm very conflicted with this elimination. I feel as though, yet again on another show, the best person was sent home in third place. Ivory had the drive, the motivation, she was the total package. She definitely outshines Ebony, who simply just hides in the background. Ebony.. I'm sorry to fans of her's, but she seriously shows NO leadership qualities point BLANK. She calls Dan out on not being assertive, when she was only given ONE task, and she was unable to complete it. The final 2 should have definitely been Ivory and Dan.

What does Dan do though? He throws out SHIT ideas no one can seriously use and gets upset when people think they're trash ideas, because they ARE TRASH IDEAS. Then when he gets mad it's like "OMG WHITE BOY IS SHOWING DRIVE AND PASSION" No, it's him getting upset like a someone with a mental retardation does when they don't get their way. He's fucking annoying as shit. Ebony and Ivory should have been final 2.

Ebony does not do shit! All she does is mess up and take the back seat! The only time she gets passionate is when she is up for elimination and then she starts screaming and yelling and crying. Ivory was a bitch and all she did was try and make herself look good! She said it herself! "I do not wanna be with these dogs but it makes me look good" She also can not work with ANYONE! If it was not for Dan telling her that Capricorn was the one with the bar idea then she would have said no. Dan is the most respectful,professional,and well spoken. He cares about the whole company rather than himself. He has even been complimented and the only one chosen in a challenge by Diddy. Even the guys in charge of elimination said he will fit right in to the family.

The only time Ebony truly shined in the competition was when she was put into that double elimination round and she was screaming and flipping her weave. Ivory, I would have rather had in the final 2 simply because she is a BETTER candidate, she has the experience, she's a public relations person for christ's sake. She KNOWS what she's doing. However, like literally, every judge, and every person has said, Ivory lacks integrity, she does what she must to get ahead, lie, steal cheat, she'll do it. Which makes you question hiring her as an employer, it makes you wonder "Am i just a stepping stone for this girl?". With Dan, he's the only one who is COMPLETELY honest every single time, who is the ONLY one who admits when he has done something wrong. He works from day to night, trying his damn hardest, all while being real. God damnit, if Ebony wins I'll be so fucking pissed. |
