I know it is a little late to mention but there is something that caught my eye when watching the old episodes of Basement Affair on demand. When Renee was running with the TV, she tripped and I seemed to have notice this white X besides her foot. Now in TV and film a white X means to stand here or where to fall when attempting a stunt. So the question is was it plan for Renee to fall with the TV?

I got this from Vh1Realitycheck.com but any thoughts? I sort of knew it was fake but they messed up showing that. And why would her running and dropping a tv be entertaing? I mean they should have made some better drama like a fight or something...

The program offers the family and contestants little room for improvisation, but I believe your example is a poor choice to reflect this.
Renee's fall was true- these people are not stunt personnel- one could get far more injured than those abrasions she suffered.
I believe that X was probably for another aspect of the challenge- possibly to demarcate where other girls' home base was.
