I get a huge autographed HK poster signed by some of the contestants and Chef Ramsey.
An Executive Chef is the head chef in charge who runs the kitchen and calls out the orders and is usually the one who owns the restaurant and has their name on the menu...
Sous Chef is the Executive Chef's right hand man, who is like an assistant, who is second and command... (kind of like a moderator to an admin)
Line Cooks are the people who cook in different stations... The sous and the executive are their boss...
