SURVIVOR: NICARAGUA CAST
The location of Nicaragua was announced at the conclusion of the finale of Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains. It has been reported that the 22nd season will also take place in Nicaragua, and both seasons will be filmed near San Juan del Sur.
Survivor host, Jeff Probst, has also announced that the Hidden Immunity Idol will be reintroduced this season. However, idols have been found too easily the past two seasons (most often by Russell Hantz), or as the show's producers have dubbed it: "The Russell Factor". Due to this, the idol will be hidden differently. The clues to the idols' location will be visual rather than written as in past seasons. In addition, the tribes will be vying for control of a new item, the Medallion of Power, that, when used, gives an advantage in a challenge, but is then transferred to the other tribe.
Additionally, the contestants will be divided up into two tribes based on their ages. The Espada tribe will feature contestants over the age of 40, and the La Flor tribe will include contestants aged 30 years and younger.

My dad was a doctor, a teacher and a humanist. I most admired him and looked up to him for his willingness to help others. He lived his life to the fullest every single day. Inspiration in Life: My father who was recently killed in the earthquake in Haiti. He was there with Food for the Poor to bring hope and aid to people less fortunate. My dad was a doctor, a teacher and a humanist. I most admired him and looked up to him for his willingness to help others. He lived his life to the fullest every single day. His legacy will be carried on by all of the lives he touched during his life.
Hobbies: Triathlons, cooking and traveling.
Pet Peeves: When people chew ice or blow bubbles in an otherwise quiet room.

Reason for being on SURVIVOR: The challenge and the competition; I also want to honor my father who has been a strong influence in overcoming many of the challenges I've faced as an amputee and in life.
