Whoa...sorry to hear about the drama I've never filed harrassment charges on anyone but I would think that you should go to your local p.d. with everything that you have documented and they would follow up with the local p.d. in her area. Getting them to get off their asses and actually do something about it could be the tricky part though. You may even want to call social services/child protective services in her area and report it immediately for the childs sake. Good luck.
