Bloos or Ghostie,Lane,and Raheem- Although your team struggled in communication, I did notice that some of you who usually take the backseat actually took the lead for the first time! Example: Lane and Ghostie. You guys proved that you can be leaders, and although you struggled with communication you pulled through and made a lovely myspace page! Raheem on the other hand... Although you did tell me that you helped out, I still did not get that feeling that you went the extra mile to make your work be noticed. Raheem you did not even remember yout teammates names, and that is an issue.Not to be a dick but commending them for taking the leadership role is kinda unnecessary because when an entire team is filled with people who usually take the back seat it was kinda necessary for SOMEONE to step up... |

It may be necessary, but it does not mean that it would be done! I was not expecting them to take the lead, especially Ariel and she stepped it up, which is why she is safe tonight. So I am proud of them,and I will commend them when I feel they have accomplished something. I doubted they were leaders and they proved me wrong. |

I didn't forget their names, I just mistook someone for somebody else, that's all. It's not that big of a deal, seriously. If you think about it, what does remembering a name have to do with this competition? As long as your putting forth and adding to the challenge, there should be no problem. |

Ghostie hasn't really taken the leadership role, and we didn't expect her to do so this challenge. So we were pleasantly surprised by her and we will compliment her, thank you. |

Raheem you should know the people on the forum that you are moderating. Honestly... You may be a veteran but Kronoz who is only a newb knows more about the members, and the newer members than you do. |

However, though we have described this as a team challenge, this was in actuality an individual challenge. Me and Eric were truly watching to see how each of you dealt with pressure, and who would take the lead.
Each team had an MVP, and those are the two safe, in my opinion, I feel as though the two who contributed the most to their teams, and worked from day in and night the most. Had to be Clay and Ghostie.
You both are safe from elimination.
However, I received a PM from DestineyLove he believes he can come back into this competition and impress us.
I also PMed Kronoz, explaining I felt it was a mistake in eliminating him.
These two would like a chance coming back, therefore they must first their way back in.

Two of you will be leaving tonight, post why you feel you should stay over the other four people, you have until 9:30 to post this. Good luck. I was the weakest here and I stepped up HUGELY. And I worked my ass off for the last couple of days. You guys told me that I should be more argumentive. Maybe that lead me to not be as much as a good team player as I should have been but I tried my hardest. RealitySkanks needs a mod that TRIES. I felt sorry for bossing Ghostie around but I felt very impatient. And I apologize for that. Are those reasons good enough for me to be eliminated no! I also did not put as much content on the myspace as I should have. Is that enough for me to be sent home? Hell No! I worked my ass off and had a very put together couple of paragraphs. I know you might say well it's deleted he might be lieing but Ask Ghostie she read it it was good. And DAViE and Raheem told me this. I HAVE stepped it up I have done everything you said to do! And I dedicated myself DEDICATED I was on the myspace day in and day out. I put my heart in this challenge. And that is not easy for me to do. Not easy at all. I have brought many members to this site and I bvrought a new one today! You know I have stepped way out of my comfort zone to do this I should stay. Now on to my team mates. Kronoz: It was me versus him. The two noobies. He is very good and I had my doubts before I thought you were fake and lieing. But you proved that you aren't! You are a very nice assest to have here at RealitySkanks. And I am very Privilaged to have brought you here in a sense. I am very grateful I stayed over you but Honestly It wasn't your time to go. I said the only mod worthy people I would want as a mod besides me was Jrox, and Ghostie. Well congradulations you have joined that list. I feel as you should stay. Jrox: Worked VERY hard this challenge and shouldn't be down here. He worked hard and is a very nice team mate and I sure wouldn't mind having him as a mod. He deserves to stay after his hard work. Raheem: So You even admit you were the weakest on our team. You tried I will give you that. But Blue said you didn't even know either mine or Ghostie's name?! That shows you did not do team work very well. I tried to reach you maybe if you tried to we would all be equal. You PMed Clay saying Don't put me in the bottom please! WHich sounds like you knew you might have gone home. And I also typed and did graphics I didn't just friend request. I feel you should go. Dlove: *Sigh* He went episode 2. Said he is deleting his account. And said I was lieing about my kid? Really? I feel he should not even be considered! I would rather have Bgaga than him. If you eliminate him again will he pop off again? Probably. He's 15, 16 I don't know but he asks like 3. He knew being "nice" would give him another chance. He had a chance and lost it. Kronoz had a chance but he still DESERVED another chance. He proved everyone wrong. But Dlove is still trying to "help" my team earlier. But he was bossing and tried multiple times to get our myspace link. I don't trust him why would he do that? He's not trying to help he's trying to boss around. So WITHOUT A DOUBT he should go. He needs to not play this game. Does this sound like someone who deserves another chance? He may have apologized but actions speak louder than words. He has done NOTHING to show that he deserves to be mod. Dlove Needs to go. Good Luck to Raheem, Kronoz, Jrox. I wish you guys the best but I feel that Myself Kronoz and Jrox proved to stay. I hope you take this into consideration. Thanks for the wonderful time, advice, and constructive critism you guys have given me. I feel if I keep working my ass off I will show that I am Ready to work for DAViE. If I Leave tonight I will be CRUSHED. But I showed that I have what it takes. I keep working I WILL BE READY TO WORK FOR DAViE! |

I was never moderating Ghostie or The Condition. Like I said, I know the person's name, I just mistook him for someone else. It's completely different. And I disagree. You don't have to know every single members name. Comparing me to someone like Kronoz is utterly ridiculous. You don't know who he is; you don't know if he already knew this people already, etc. Basically, in your eyes, a mod has to know every person on this forum,, even the inactive ones. You just have to know them. I don't see why I'm still being punished off of my absence in the past. We shouldn't be focusing on that. The only think we should be focusing on right now IS the past, but from the beginning of the game. You may have your opinion, but I am still going to have mine. |
