Why DestineyLove was even considered to be brought back into this competition is beyond me. You have all seen his outrageous, despicable, and immature behavior again ,and again. As I have previously mentioned when facing off against him in eliminations, DestineyLove is here to play the game. He doesn't care for this website, or it's future for that matter. His performance on the one day he was here( and eliminated mind you), was poor to say the least. He didn't contribute to the team, and thought he could have me removed simply because I am new. What DestineyLove doesn't understand is what an Admin looks for in a Moderator is "Quality, not Quantity", though DestineyLove may have been on this site much longer then me, his performance on here is laughable at best. He has posted only a handful of times in sections other then Message Board games, he has harassed the Admins (as well as other members), and even quit the website. Two days later he returned during the hour of the competition and spammed nonsense in the thread to bother the Admins. And Now 4 days after that he is trying to regain entry into this competition? For what reason? Can DestineyLove even form a proper sentence? Can DestineyLove work well with others, offer ideas, and lead this community? No he can not. Ghostie has even pointed out when given a Moderator position on xat.com/realityskanks he banned and kicked people for fun. If he can not even handle the smallest bit of power and responsibility, how can he manage an entire website?

I feel other then myself he is the most genuine and most qualified to win this competition. Therefore, I have nothing negative to say about him at this time. Myself and him should stay.


The Condition:

I find it difficult to believe that he truly wants to win the position of a moderator, or is here for the sake of competing. I think he truly does want to be active in the community, and be friends with most of the members. But I feel he is too inexperienced, and uneducated for the job. He's not ready to lead this community, during the other challenges he took the role of a "yesser" (someone who never disagrees). The Condition may be here with his heart, but he simply can not commit to this site as well as others. He has many things going on in his busy life. He has two children, and a wife to take care of. How many hours in the day can he dedicate to being a moderator? We've already seen numerous occasions where he has randomly had to leave this competition for a set amount of time due to his family. He had his second child, his daughter was stuck in a refrigerator, what could be next? His wife was abducted by Bowser? The Condition is a good person, a good member, but that is all he can ever be; a good member.


BigBlue:

Having worked with him on 2 challenges, I know he is capable of performing. But it seems he does not know how to take leadership role when needed. During the Game Show challenge, though Clay and BigBlue knew most of the information, I was the one directing them who to eliminate, and offering help whenever I could. BigBlue mostly sat back as Clay and I came to conclusions on what strategic move would be best. During the Event challenge, he showed up late, and submitted his work (which was mediocre) the very last minute. After reading Blue and BigBlue argue, it also appears he is very distant and disliked by the community. He lacks intiative, and needs some time to reconnect with the community. I think he should stay as well, but he has alot of improvement to do.

I believe I not only deserve to stay tonight but I deserve to WIN this competition. I don't deserve it because of ME and my desire. But I feel Reality Skanks deserves to have a good mod that will care for it and make it a better place. I've done minor graphics for members, I've promoted and got members to join, I already communicate well with the current mods/admins, I take advice from others, while still being able to maintain a leadership position, I'm competent and intelligent, but most importantly I truly care for the well being of the site. I care very much for reality skanks and have tried very hard to save it when it was threatened. This competition is not about me, and I have never made it about me.

Lane- It sucks that I have to go against one of my good friends, but to be honest I do not feel that he is a good candidate for being a mod. While working with lane for the short amount of time i did..if you look back at our challenge from episode three basically i wrote the entire description and i made the graphic All lane really did was give the initial idea. He also spent the entire time of our challenge uploading celebrity pictures to photobucket so we could use them in our project and he continued to do so after i told him IT WAS NOT neccesary which demonstrated poor communication on his part. I'm in no way saying he did nothing..because he came up with the idea... but i did EVERYTHING else. It just seems like Lane focuses on irrelevant details and not the task at hand. He also has alot of stuff going on in his life, and i'm not hating on that... but in addition to ALL of his responsibilities, is adding Moderator of Reality Skanks really what he needs?

Ghostie-I feel I deserve to win over Ghostie. I have never given up on RS or the competition, which sadly she has. I have promoted it and tried to get new members to talk to which i dont think Ghostie has, due to possibly shyness, and in some occasions it seems she gets jealous of certain members. Yes she has supported RS, but in ways that Clay or other artists could have done.. She seems to not be as outspoken and i know that if I make a decision to delete a thread that i will stick to it. I will not crack under pressure as she may when people bitch at her. Her main issue is her instability. If I win this competition (and even if i dont) I assure you everyone can count on me to be a faithful and helpful active member, and i'm just not sure if we can count on Ghostie.

Raheem-I dont really know what to say about him... He kind of just comes and goes as he pleases. I dont see him being able to work well with a team, or follow directions for that matter. His past actions, even on this challenge shows that he doesnt give his full 100 percent. Reality Skanks needs a mod they can rely on and Raheem just doesnt seem to fit that profile.

DestineyLove- He was eliminated the first time for a reason... Yes, he help me on the myspace challenge, but him and Clay are best friends and Clay was on my team, and I know he wouldnt have helped if Clay wasn't on my team. Also he helped on the challenge and the next day he comes back with a possiblity of returning? Thats fishy to me and shows that he's just trying to manipulate. Reality Skanks does not need a mod that NEEDS manipulate to get back into a mod competition, when he was eliminated in for a good reason to begin with. He also exploded when he got eliminated and quit the site for a short time. That shows that he is only doing this for HIMSELF and he really doesnt care about RS. I do not feel that he deserves to return to the competition, when there are people who DESERVE to be here.

Which leads me to Kronoz: I feel he works hard, is very intelligent and very stable. After he was eliminated he did not throw a fit, he stayed faithful to our site and continued to grow. The only thing negative to say about him is that he still lacks some site information, history and a bond with the members. This can all be gained though and it seems he is working on it. If I win this competition I would want it to be against Kronoz because aside from myself he is the only one in my opinion that I would feel comfortable losing to. Because like I've stated before it is NOT about myself, it's about who can best serve reality skanks, and if I had to pick someone to win other than myself it would be him.

I feel I should stay.

Jrocks - he has ben consistent, i will give him that. However i feel like he has wrongfully been given the number one spot for the past week. Each time he is ranked Number one...this was the first time he even won a challenge since EPISODE 2. this is EPISODE 5, so for 2 more eps he was just first? I feel like he relies on his friendship with DAViE and Blue, and isnt taking this competition as i am. DAVIE and BLue are playing this game as if they are complete strangers in a way, and you can just rely on your friendship with them to take you far, because it wont.

Lane - You shouldnt even BE HERE. Thursday night, when Kronos was sent home, the ADMINS sincerely regretted their decision. They both knew in their heart of hearts that you should have gone home over Kronoz. You havent done a single thing to prove your worthiness while being here. YOU HAVE NOT EVEN WON A CHALLENGE . You are one of the ONLY people who havent won a single challenge, therefore you need to go. Also, youre new here you arent a vet . You dont know knowledge on the site like i do, you dont have the experienceon the site ike i do andyou simply arent in on the ocmmunity. you cant be a moderator when you are new and such and aside fom all that, you have just slacked in this competition, and you were not even the MVP for your team which means you obviously didnt step it up as much as you could. also you always make excuses for your actions! you make excuses instead of taking responsitiblity.

Raheem - youre in this game? honestly you have done almost as little as Lane. Although you have won two challenges, both of those times you won was wit a team, and isnt it conveinent that both times you didnt submit ANY work to your teammates? The only time you stepped up is thursday when you were in the final of the challenge with Clay and Kronos and you didnt even win that challenge. an this weekend lane ghostie clay and jrox have been working their butts off so much to make sure their myspace were great, and they didnt wannna lose . you barely did anything for your team. RThis is the final 5, itstime to realll step it up and prove that you want to be here and you have ply stepped it up in one challenge which you ultimately lost that challenge, and this myspace was a serious challenge and you completely shoved it away an didnt help you deserve to go. also like it just happe the thread, you dont even know the memebrs! how can you moderate a site and not even know the names f the members !?

Kronos- you deserve to go for a reallly big reason. you just joined the site not even like two weeks ago which has many other problems. you arent involved with the community and nobody knows you . spectators who are watching this show all say that you are fishy, and that you should go. you arent respected by the c ommunity so how can you be a mod and expect the members of the site to respect your authority? you were eliminated for a reason that is too big to ignore. Yo are very intelligent and seem like the perfect mod put into a machine which is exaclty why you shouldnt be a mod becuase you dont seem real and you need time to warm up to the site and its members before you can try and have power over them.

I should stay here. I was eliminated episode 2, and i feel that was too early becuse nobody got a chance to see what i have to offer and what im worth. You know why i was eliminated? Becuse my teammate Ghostie prretty much brushed me off and didnt want me to do any work . Why? because she openly admitted to davie that she THREW THE CHALLENGE so Kronos would be eliminated but her plan was spoiled when Kronos showed up and exposed her.

I was unfairly eliminated due to one of my teammates poor decisions to try and cheap this game to get kronos out but it didnt work . I wasnt given the fair chance like i feel i deserved due to my teammates irresponsibilite.

I feel like Kiki in this. I was eliminated episode 2 when i shouldnt have been. I ask that dave, blu, and classic please DONT BE like baybaybay. Dont send me back home when i deserve this chance to be here!

Out of all 5 of us, i feel Jrox, Kronos and Myself should stay in the game, and Raheem and Lane should be eliminated. Lane hasnt stepped it upAT ALL and hasnt even won a single challenge while being in this game, and when Raheem does win challenges, he doesnt submit an work and he proved that this weekend when he didnt even help his team. Although Raheem should go, at least he was honest that he didnt do shit this challenge while lane on the other hand makes excuses 24/7 . He said "we made it short and sweeT" when really he was just trying to cover up the fact that he didnt do as well as the other team and he was making an excuse.

Thank you DaVIE and BLUE for giving me this chance, and iwant to prove that when i dont have shady teammates, i can step it up and become a mod, you just havent got to see that yet and i would like you to.

Kronoz: I definitely think that he should come back, I wasn't in agreement with anyone who thought that he should leave, he didn't do anything bad for him to get eliminated.

Jrox: I really do not pay attention to you and what you do, the only time I was on your team was when we were doing the the challenge with the banner, or whatever. You did good, but I think you need to sit back for a while and keep your arrogant comments to yourself. You shined in one challenge, but that doesn't give you the right to talk down on others, especially if this is coming from someone that shows little to no analytical skills.

Dlove: Don't bring him back.

I think I should stay over the others because more than half the things that I am getting put down for are from stupid things that happened such a long time ago. The only thing that I seem to be put down on is my lack of leadership, when almost every one knows damn well that I can be a leader when I have to. I wasn't a leader in these challenges because it was not my forte, or there were too many people and too many jobs assigned, Other than that, I am a damn good candidate for being a moderator. So, if I'm going to get sent home today for mistaking someone for someone else, so be it. I won't agree with it, yeah, I'll probably fight it. But I'm sure the judges are dumb enough to send me home over someone who specializes in banners (yes, you Clay) and nothing more or someone or someone who didn't even do shit to deserve to come back in the competition. Yes, you DLove.

The judges need to look past people's fortes and start looking at who is more WELL-ROUNDED as a mod candidate. Just my two-cents.

(Yes, this means that you should stop picking people as good mods because they've won a challenge)

CONFESSIONAL:I feel like i actually should have been MVP.... I friend requested about 800 people single handedly. Lets say clay and dlove did the other 300 people... The scroll boxes and pics which davie loved so much? ME. Our Calendar which had special RS dates? ME. Our catchy music in the media player? ME. Our information in about me which highlighted information about RS including site features, history of RS, mission of the site, etc? ME. Apparently we didnt win because of our graphics, we won because of our content... I feel like I could have won this challenge without Clay since the most he worked on was the graphics, but I do not feel he could have won without me as i produced about 70% of the content.

I AM familiar with the community. I'm not going to sit here and let you lecture me on what a community should and should not and what should be expected of it's mods when you have not understood my side.

I already TOLD YOU that I did not forget who it was, stupid. I told you that I MISTOOK him for someone else. If you're around new people that you never really talked to or have seen post that much, you're not going to catch on fast. I just MET this person; it's human nature.

That last part didn't make any sense, but I will admit that Kronoz is a good candidate. I have said that plenty of times. You can have your opinion, but ultimately, it's what Davie thinks. Sorry, hun. But you're rendered obsolete in these cases.
